A first pass is made with the Moog rod. This mobile device simultaneously cleans the inside of the keg and sucks up dirty water.

The integrated injection system creates an air vacuum that sucks during and after cleaning.

A gyroscopic nozzle sprays the inside of the keg. The cane tip sucks in dirty water. Then we process with steam.

This opens the pores of the wood and deep cleanses. Finally, we rewash with the Moog cane to remove all residue.

No chemicals are needed for flawless results! After drying, they are ready for the next vintage!
