Wheat, this cereal that I do not need to introduce to you, offers many advantages for lands in transition : Its surface-tracing root system aerates the soil, decompacts it on the surface, which promotes soil life and water infiltration. The plant cover it provides protects the soil from UV rays, which can lead to the life present on its surface. By its presence, it prevents the development of certain weedy plants. The grain will be for consumption. In addition to these many advantages, it offers magnificent landscapes in this season, doesn’t it ?
