Sabadie White
(Vin de France)
Attractive. Abundant freshness on the nose with aromas of ripe white fruit. Enjoyable long-tasting fruit (grapefruit, pineapple…)
Degree : 12%
Grape : 50% Colombard / 50% Vermentino
Soil : Volcanic
Culture : Trellising wire, Guyot pruning
Harvest : Mechanical during the coolest hours
Yield : 90 hl/ha
Vinification :Yeasting with neutral yeast. Low-temperature fermentation.
Pressing : Pneumatic pressing with press-juice separation.
Service temperature : Chilled. 8-10°C.
At table : A great partner for Mediterranean fish or white meat.
Sabadie Rosé
(Vin de France)
This wine is garnet-red coloured with spicy aromas of ripe red fruit. On the palate it is round with a good presence. Best drunk young to fully appreciate its fruitiness.

Grape : 70% Cinsault / 30% Grenache
Soil : Volcanic
Culture : Trellising wire, Guyot pruning
Harvest : Mechanical during the coolest hours
Yield : 90 hl/ha
Vinification : Fermentation at 16-18°, over a 12-day period.
Pressing : Pneumatic pressing with press-juice separation.
Service temperature : Chilled. 8-10°C.
At table : Aperitifs. Mixed salads. Serve it throughout the evening !
Sabadie Red
(Vin de France)
Purplish in colour with blue reflections, red berry fruit aromas with a mineral and spicy depth and ample on the palate, offering a wine full of charm.

Grape : 85% Grenache / 15% Merlot
Soil : Volcanic
Culture : Trellising wire, Guyot pruning, 4000 pieds/ha
Harvest : Mechanical
Yield : 58 hl/ha
Vinification: Yeasting with neutral yeast. Low-temperature fermentation, over a 12-day period.
Pressing : Pneumatic
Service temperature : At room temperature. 16-18 °C

Our wine cellar at Preignes le Vieux has been open again since 11th May!
To ensure your visit and wine-tasting experience is within current health measures, our team is committed to respecting all protective steps necessary, as well as:
– Ensuring all of our staff wear a mask
– Providing you with hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance and exit of the store to disinfect your hands
– Creating an entry-exit circulation flow in our sales area
– Ensuring social distancing by offering guided tours for up to 10 people and wine-tasting events with space maintained between participants.
– Restricting the number of customers in the cellar, limited to 10 people.
– Providing a disposable wine-tasting kit and an individual spittoon for each person
– Disinfecting the wine-tasting area and equipment after each visit
– Encouraging contactless payment by banker’s card or systematically disinfecting the cash desk area between customers
– Providing disinfection areas after use of trolleys, the petanque area and children’s play area
We would like to remind you that, as our estate is open to the public, it is now compulsory for all our customers to wear a mask in our sales area.

Depuis le 11 mai le caveau de Preignes le Vieux est ouvert à nouveau !
Afin de vous garantir une expérience de visite et de dégustation dans les mesures sanitaires en vigueur, notre équipe s’engage à respecter les gestes barrières, mais aussi:
– Port du masque obligatoire pour le personnel
– Désinfection des mains en entrée et sortie du magasin gel hydroalcoolique à votre disposition
– Installation d’un sens de circulation entrée et sortie de notre espace de vente
– Des dégustations espacées entre chaque personne.
– Proposer un kit de dégustation jetable et un crachoir par personne
– Désinfection de l’espace dégustation et du matériel après chaque visite
– Privilégier les paiements par carte bancaire sans contact ou à défaut désinfecter le matériel de caisse entre chaque personne
– Proposer des zones de désinfection après votre utilisation de chariots, de l’espace pétanque et de la zone jeux enfants
Nous rappelons qu’à partir du 1er août prochain, le port du masque est obligatoire pour tous nos clients au sein de notre caveau de vente puisque celui-ci est un établissement recevant du public.
