On this year’s program: 30 hectares, of classic grape varieties such as Cinsault, Grenache, Merlot… and other new grape varieties from crossings.

Their names ? Souvignier girs, Cabernet Cortis and Soreli.

These grape varieties with interesting organoleptic characteristics have been selected for their resistance  to the main diseases such as Oidium and Mildew.

This will allow us to reduce or even eliminate processing.  Another step in our approach respectful of our vineyard and our environment.
