Remember, a few weeks ago, we were talking about fruit set. Our small grains have evolved well, have grown to form pretty bunches and are now starting to change color.

This stage is called veraison. This is also when the berries begin to soften and take on aromas. We still need a little sun to bring the grapes to maturity. But with good reason ! At this stage, the skin of the berries also becomes thinner and therefore more sensitive. Watch out for sunburn !
